Please, please, please fix stealth!!

I'm finding it virtually impossible to play my Nightblade; my stealth radius seems to have fallen away to nothing and I'm getting detected left right and centre. The stealth speed passive element of Concealed Weapon isn't working and I'm doubting that any of the many stealth related passives I've invested in are working; it's currently feeling like a huge waste of skills points.

Shadow Cloak also seems badly broken but the stealth issues really need addressing in a hotfix as a matter of priority.
