Was the Quality of ENCH hirlings mails STEALTH NERFED???

EDIT: HIRELING DELIVERY is fine after u reinvest POTENCY EXTRACTION Skill. Release 1.4 reset this since it was previously ASPECT EXTRACTION.

I keep a running weekly record of my enchanting mails for my chars ............ before i was getting appox 23.8 aspect inspiration per loggin........ now i am averaging 12.5 per login.............. at first i thought it was just bad luck, but i have had six logins and the lowest aspect delivErys ever.

by inspiration gains ... i have chart of how much inspiration each aspect rune should grant with a level 8 potency rune (version 1.3 extraction). Its basically a Ta is worth 1.3, Denata is worth 6.5, Rekuta is worth 8 & a Kuta is worth 10.5.

I will post later if the trend continues or if i have just had two days, 1 in a hundred bad luck ............ i hope this isn't nerfed too.

PLEASE COMMENT IF U ALL SO KEEP RECORDS OF THIS. I am curious.

Here is my guess. They reset all the points out of aspect extraction which for some reason are tied to the quality of aspect runes you receive. They confirmed there are issues with hireling and getting Kuta. They didn't confirm what the problem was or when they plan to fix it. Everyone who tested it got drastically more once they put points back in aspect extraction.

No they reset the points in aspect extraction because they changed the name of the skill and what it does. So you were automatically refunded the points.

I think (hope) thats it..... Ty, i forgot all my chars needed me to go back and put skill points lost in aspect extraction in potency extraction. Four chars had one point in the skill & four chars had the skill maxed and hirling maxed..... Hope fully my hireling delivarys will return to normal.

Makes sense & thank you. Also i havent gotten a single Kuta, which is unusually but not impossible. I normally get over one Kuta a day.

Has anyone noticed a change in delivery times? I used to get deliveries every 12 hours (if I stay on top of it and check my couple alts). Since the patch I've been getting them every 13+ hours (730ish AM yesterday, 830ish PM yesterday, almost 10 AM today so far). (Before anyone asks, I know about relogging, rezoning, needing to play, etc. to get the deliveries)

my delivery mails are ontime with 1.4 but with release 1.3 i saw irregularity's like u are describing just after the patch was released. Later it was every 12 and 24 hours.
