[BUG]: Heavy Arrow Attack issue since patch.

Scenario: I am stealthed, I line up a heavy arrow shot with my bow, I -hold- it, then, changing my mind on targets or simply not wishing to engage, I aim my bow away and THEN release the attack key.
Problem: Before the most recent patch, the arrow would strike the ground or wherever I was aimed when pointing the bow.
Now, the arrow pulls a Lee Harvey Oswald and curves from my bow and strikes the initial target.
This does not happen 100% of the time but in my testing, about 8 out of 10 times.
