Potions (No Cooldown) - Broken?

I noticed this a couple times: The potion in question says "no cooldown" in its description, but when I drink it, I still have to wait 30s before I can drink another potion. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding the tooltip?

Maybe @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ and @ZOS_GinaBruno‌ have input on this?

The tooltip is bugged. Potions are intended to have a 30s cooldown by default.

The fact that this bug exists suggests that someone at ZOS has thought about removing the cooldown in some instances. So it might as well be that the no-cooldown effect is broken.

Anyway, I would appreciate this effect. It would be a great bonus for more advanced potions.

It is a bug when the tooltip says no cooldown

Darn. I was under the impression that the player-made ones had no cooldown. That would encourage people to make their own.

And to become absolutely invulnerable by downing potions every 3 seconds, especially with player made potions that can, for instance, have double or triple affects. Seriously, alchemists would instantly be the most in demand craft, and every PvPer would burn through a hundred stack of triple effect (health/stam/magicka) pots every night.

Just having triple effect player made potions is more than enough inducement to encourage potion making. So, yeah, the tooltip is just wrong, and nobody who appreciates a challenging game wants to see zero cooldown on pots. The whole game would devolve into how many stacks of pots you could afford.

At least that would stimulate the economy a little bit.

But in all seriousness, I think it could be viable to reduce the cooldown on some potions and/or to make this one of the effects. For example with three effects you always have the default cooldown, but you have the choice to have only two effects with shorter cooldown.

    Hey everyone,

We're aware of the issue with crafted potion tooltips and they should be fixed in an upcoming patch. The potions are intended to have a 30 second cooldown like all other potions.

We already got an official response, but the fact that we have potion cooldown reduction glyphs tells me that they're meant to have cooldowns.

Those glyphs are nice, but all of them are 5 second. White, green, blue, purple, or gold it doesn't matter. 5 seconds.

Slightly off topic, but ps4, potions I'm back to game after a break, the potions font seem to work anymore. The arrows don't show recharge of magic or health or stamina? Are the broken or have you removed the white charging up arrows
