Transaction not authorized

Hello,

I myself was able to buy and (slowly but surely 1%/h) download the game.

However my girlfriend isn't able to buy the game:
"The transaction was not authorized. Please contact your payment provider for additional assistance."
I did it with my own MC, failed. Tried her MC, failed too.
After a couple of failed tries (trial and error fixing the account name for me, then back to hers for her MC), it just stopped working in general.

How is this possible, and what can I do about it to make it work?

    Contact Customer Support about account issues,
    but make sure that there is no differences between the name and addresses on the ESO account and the card details, as even 1 space could be the issue!
    And check with the card issuer why the transaction failed before going to ESO Customer Support.

    Strange tho, as I was able to pay for mine, but she not for hers, even with my name filled in on her account details, later changed to hers, and not working either...

    Not sure what happened originally, but what you describe here is likely a security lockout, after a few failed attempts ZOS payments system may have locked you out.

    As @Gythral said, you'll need to contact CS about it.
