Disconnects and lag

Been getting disconnected a lot tonight. It's getting pretty much to the point where I'm being disconnected at least once every hour. Been disconnected twice in the last 20 minutes alone. Random disconnects have been an issue for the better part of the week for me but tonight it's been bad. Like nearly unplayable bad.
Also getting some really bad lag in combat. For instance, I'm fighting an enemy and cast a spell at them. They suddenly go stock still and I can no longer attack or target them. Then 10 seconds later they drop dead.
Traveling, gathering and interacting with objects/NPCs hasn't been an issue it's only happening in combat for some weird reason.
Well disconnected again 15 minutes after posting this. Guess I'm gonna have to call it a night and see if things are better tomorrow.
