2H With Ability Enchant Not on PTS?

I've searched to find anyone who has seen this item since the PTS first came out with 1.4 and can't find anyone who has found it.

How do you expect players to test new content when barely anything is readily available to them?

It is in the game, a guildmate got it the first time we completed Dragonstar on Normal mode. Had Cleave on it, and each time he used the ability it made the sword glow. Pretty cool to watch.

Could you please ask him for a screenshot of the stats, or at least how much extra damage the initial cleave adds? I've yet to see it anywhere.

Its a v13 purple Redguard greatsword with a Weighted trait on it and does an additional 62 Cleave damage, sorry I could not get a screenshot but I hope this is good enough.

    I really appreciate it!

    So, 62 more ...

This would almost bring cleave's initial damage on par with impulse.
Except it's only in front of you.
    Except it's only 7 meters.
Except you sacrifice a set effect for it.

But hey, you look badass with you 2H sword (and you get some ultimates too).

let's rewrite this with all bonus malus...

Area: Frontal vs 360° = yes impulse here get a lot of advantage (but you also have to take into account the target cap limit... so the advantage lessen as the number of opponent increase... in medium sized skirmishes impulse advantage hit pretty hard... in big numbers battle the advantage lessen)

Radius: 7mt radius against 8mt radius = minor but still an advantage for impulse (as above with target number cap the advantage is reduced as the enemy concentration increase)

Weapon effect: burn/chill/shock vs bleed/+dmg/armorpen = quite balanced

Morph effect: dot/hp debuff vs dot + shield/ dot + ult generation = advantage for cleave (the cleave dot is actualy built in the basic skill but I listed it here since it balance out the effect of impulse morph by itself making the 2 morph effect being a clear cut advantage) ... and based on the build it can turn in a big advantage (it almost bring back the ulti spam before the crit ulti generation nerf... or templar can exploit the shield to boost up their radiant shield explosion)

Avg cost (full medium + HW passive vs full light): cleave 198 vs impulse 265 (other cost reduction passive from classes like sorc or templar apply to both and they have the same base cost so they will have the same reuction...) = cleave cost in avarage 25% less than impulse... quite a bit of an advantage

Set bonus: you forsake it if you use this enchant for cleave so bonus for impulse

all in all cleave doesn't have a clear advantage... but neithe have impulse... wich one is better is mostly based on what else you use... if you build araound magika than is a no brainer that impulse will be better... if you build on stamina than cleave can take the same spot of impulse without loosing face...

the only big problem... lies in the fact that the weapon trait is... well you don't need me to spell it out right? ... if the enchant was avaible per se instead of being already applied to a weapon it would turn cleave into a really good skill... even better than impulse (you would alctualy remove the no set bonus disadvantage tat would make cleave have more advantage than malus in the above comparison)... and that could be said for other of those weapon altering enchant as well
