Got it all up and running and it starts me back at level 1 in the starting area.

demonlkojipub19_ESO✭✭✭✭✭When you're creating your character, in the top left corner there is a dropdown menu for the template. Not selecting anything from there will make you level 1, but there is a vr14 craglorn template you need to select.0
