Stuck on loading screen after login

Hello,

I am currently having problems with getting stuck after I log in. I put in my info and it logs in fine, but then it gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually gives me an error telling me to try again later.

I think it is important to note that I have played this game for my first month. This is my first "paid" month and this only started happening after the initial subscription ran out.

I have tried the repair tool.

Hello @Zlirg49,
this issue is usually related to a few new internal settings we've introduced in the Craglorn-patch. As you have already tried the Repair-Option, we suggest to you the following to resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to
   NA-Megaserver: C:\Users\Username\My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live
   EU-Megaserver: C:\Users\Username\My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveEU
2. Locate the file UserSettings.txt and open it with Notepad
3. Locate the following two lines:
   SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
   SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"
4. Change these values to:
   SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
   SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
5. If these lines don't exist in the UserSettings file, simply create them instead
6. Save the file, and quit Notepad
7. Restart the launcher and hit Play

Let us know, if the issue is still persisting afterwards.

This worked! Thank you so much!

For future reference, I followed the instructions, saved, and restarted and had the same problem. But I went back, hit save again, and restarted again and it did work!

I have this issue, I changed the values to "0", worked well the first time. I end up in a 15 minute long loading wait time almost everytime the game updates.
