removed vampire but now armor set is not working

i loved being a vampire, but since you said i have a choice to keep that speed, i must choose between the night silence armor set speed buff or remove the armor set and keep the speed buff as a vampire.
well, i chose to remove the vampire disease even tho i loved it, it is now gone. but now that armor set is not working and not giving me the speed buff so i lost both?
is there a broken mechanism i am not aware of that is needs fixed? or is the armor set not working properly?
developers, please help

i completely removed the armor and also rebooted windows and tried reloading elderscrolls online twice now and im still crawling and barely moveing while in sneak.
what broke?
any one development team can advice?

i put in a ticket ingame also and a message said
"you have another ticket that has not been read yet"
the ticket i put ingame just now is ticket number 140904 001733

my sneak speed now with vampire removed is totaly non existant, i have zero sneak speed even tho i am a nightblade v12 with all the correct speed buffs including concealed weapon and 7 piece armor sneak speed bonus, im wearing the night silence armor set with 60% sneak speed buff on it but when i go into sneak my sneak speed is almost zero. i have no ingame sneak speeds at all just creeps along very very slowly as if snared 100%
what else can i do to get help on this issue?

try to put on some different armor then re-equip that.

was a great idea and a good try and i thank you, but no it did not work, i still creep along in sneak at extremely slow slow slow speeds as if unable to even move.

i dont want to quit elderscrolls online
with out my sneak speed now im basicly cant play, i have zero sneak speed and basicly cant play normaly cause takes me about 6 minutes to walk accross small areas. unless i go out in the open and just walk, then i probly die alot more then i already was dying cause i cant hide
i hate dying and i hate what is happening to my nightblade and theres nothing i can do about it.
