Has anyone had any luck with this? I've reinstalled the game, have no add-ons, repaired the launcher (a few times). There were instructions for the EU server on the Contact Support page, but it appears the issue is different on the NA server. I'm not finding that extra line of code to delete.
I'm an MMO noob. Is this normal? I'm thinking of dropping my subscription, but if this is the kind of thing people think will be fixed soon, I may not. It still works at work and the only other MMO I've played still works at home and work. No evidence at all there is an issue with my computer or connection. It really seems that it is a problem in the game.
I noticed a lot of people having this issue in the past few weeks, have you guys fixed it? I just wrote support for the second time, didn't hear back from the first one. Mostly I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it. I can be paying the subscription to a game that lets me play, but I'd rather play this one. Thanks.
