An error has occured (AGAIN)

    Well today isn't any better for me. Getting kicked with constant "unknown error has occurred" today. Happens a lot when I am crafting or just come out of a wayshrine.

    Yes, I'm getting kicked about every 2 minutes now. Now I can't even log into the game.

    Unfortunatly yes btw i've reqoested a new router from the line gestor and it has arrived today so i can continue the tests....( you know it is more easy to change the router than to help me solve the problem......)
    in any case i'm stll in contact with the tecnical support and we see what's next....

    You're right. I received a response 14 hours later from me (I updated this post and ticket) reaching out to them again to tell them it's still not working which happened to be 5 days after my previous update to them which received no response from ZOS.

    Yes, they sure did give me a response.

    As for fps problems and unknown error/crashes to desktop... I sure hope update 4 addresses these problems.

    I've been also getting more error 315 along with error 301. Error 315 isn't even in the list of error fixes provided.

    I want to post again here that no solution has been found.....
    Now let's get real... it is over a week that i'm actually writing and testing with the customer support but they came over and over again with the same "solutions"
    : port forwarding, firewalls, ping time tests i've taked even a new modem to try now.... No solutions from the support only good ways to tell me "we dont know what is happening"
    I have the same net as my guildmates that are from italy like me over 40 people but i'm the only one that have this problem (we all know that italy has maibe the worst internet of all europe but we even know that a mmo do not require a 100mb connection to work)
    Now since i've even experienced rare bugs on my account (trust me) all the third zone of all faction has required almost 2weeks of tecnical support for me to move on....
    Maibe this issue is a account related problem (like a bug) it is possible?

    @ZOS_LenaicR just asking..... whi give priority to old tikets?In my case i 've a new tiket with tree times the data and the tests of the old one and with the support team we are going in a good direction...still no solution found but we are at a good point (i hope).
    Now i dont want to begin again all the tests done till now....
    The tiket that should have priority is n° 140904-000654....just in case.....

    It is a joke? Again lack of comunication with the support team now it is 2 days that they do not care about my tiket.
    So i've done tests myself and the result is a istance problem....if i log in and out from the pvp and the pve 1on 10 the pvp work.
    Now with the new support mail roules to keep the tiket open i've to send suggestions or request at least evry 2days but the support team do not answer...i only want that somebody tells me that they are working on it....you know just leave a tiket unaswerd is not a good support and i pay evry month even for this

    We are not giving priority to old tickets. All of our customers are receiving as much support as we can.
    In the meantime, we've updated your ticket with some new information. Keep an eye on your mails! :)

    Edit: Update 4 is introducing the reductions to the particle systems, which should be a big help for people in Cyrodiil experiencing FPS issues and crashes. Also, could you please play a bit with the the effects slider in the video settings? Tell us if it improves your stability.

    Btw i can go with ultra hig settings or minimun it doesnt change i will crash anyway ...i'm not telling that the support doesnt do his work but you are the only one around here that tells us to wait a little longer.

    Please be patient, we understand that this is very frustrating for you (as for us).

    The thing you could do is updating your game (when the Update 4 will be available, incoming!), test your parameters and play as usual.

    Come back to us if you're still experiencing issues after the update.

    in fact nothing has changed. only that now the unknow error window do not pop up the game just crash random in pvp (it is even worst since update 4) .
    just zos....stop asking me multiple machine report the error it is not in my computer or, if it was as you suppose i will never be able to play pve even.
    Lot of people are complainig about the pve lag spikes random crash delay of evry ability....i'm not suffering this problems so my net and computer do not have problems. (even in the arena or in critical pve situation)
    Yesterday i ve buyed again 2month of subscription but it is just not right to pay a full price for a game that work only a half.
    pleaze find a solution

    I was having a problem with crashes in Cyrodiil. I rolled back my AMD driver to 14.200.1004.0 driver date 7/9/2014. Since the rollback I have not had a crash. Before I had a crash every 15 minutes or so.

    None of the two as i explained plenty times.... fps in mi pc if i play in hig settings remain at 70-80 (50-60 in big cyrodill battles...when it works).
    And regard latency only the normal lag due big battles.... nothing else (when it remain connected)
    The problem is: i can connect into cyro but 9\10 when i go near a battle (small or big) i got a random shuffle and immidiatly after a crash without lag or fps drop.
    When i can actually play 1\10 i've got no problems.

    I had never a problem before Update 4 in cyrodil, no FPS drops...besides that three weeks after 3 was released, but now i am crashing to desktop in a regular way. Nothing happens before it, no FPS Drops...it just happens

    Still a problem for me. Can't tell if it's new or not since I crash immediately upon entering Cyrodil.

    Currently what works for me is going to device manager and reinstalling video driver. That keeps me going without crashes for at least a couple hours as many as 4 hours I would say, then it crashes hard (won't start up even) and has to be reinstalled again.

    Unknown error has occurred... Again. Constant disconnects. Getting folks into your game should be a top priority. Not kicking them out for "Unknown Errors".
