BUG - Unlimited Silence on player (sorc ultimate) and impossible to remove

Please look at these details and fix it as soon as possible !

Description of the Bug : after being silenced by an enemy player ultimate (sorcerer) and after the silence has ended of course, you still can't use your skills as if you were permanently silenced. Death doesn't fix the issue.

Encountered while : doing PvP in Cyrodiil - with or without immovable buff on. Happened often when encountering a succession of sorcerer silences or when resurrecting on a camp and getting silenced again.

I have not yet found an in game solution for this issue. This is really frustrating.

I have noticed an enemy ability is basically disarming me so I can't use any weapon attacks or abilities too, only ever noticed it in PvP. So this could likely be the culprit.
Basically means you are dead if in battle, and persists after ressing, I have found that hitting "I" twice to bounce in and out of inventory fixes it.
There are a few other bugs since launch that suggest some kind of server/ client mismatch that thinks you are in "mouse mode" (like inv or chat) when your not, which would seem to possibily have been this ability bug all a long?

ZoS needs to look at this one as its a game breaker, and if its an ability doing it, then its exploitable.
