Error 301 again?

I have been unable to login (NA server & PTS) for the last 4 hours due to this error, I have followed all relevant steps provided by the help sections and what others have suggested in previous threads on this issue to no avail (trying the spam login suggestion insta gibs eso.exe), there is no issue with my internet connection nor my PC (I can get onto and play on the eu server fine) and have never had this issue before today.
Sadly i'm skeptical of Zenimax customer support on this as other threads on this topic seem to have gone unnoticed and players have also reported the only way this was fixed was when the servers go down (which lately has not been happening).
Please if anyone can offer some insight on this as I don't really want to have to wait for a maintenance to happen to be able to play again.
