Achievement won't activate

My Vanquisher of the Dominion achievement won't activate. It says I haven't completed Banished Cells, but when I look for the Banished Cells achievement it says I completed it on April 4th. I tried redoing Banished Cells, but it still didn't activate.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I've discovered several more. For example I've threatened the Merchant in Grahtwood about three times now. Every time I get the achievement sound, but the part under the Crime Pays achievement that says Grahtwood won't turn white.

Another example is the Collectibles achievement where I've gotten collectible trophys under several of the achievements, but neither of them has had their respective texts turned white. Do I need to use the trophies in some way or is this a glitch?

I know this isn't some major game breaking thing, but it's still annoying.

Do you still have them in your inventory? If so press E, use them and they activate. Found several ones on all my chars and they are white.

I banked them all. But I did as you said and it worked so thanks

I also discovered what my problem was with the Crime Pays achievement... I only did the dialogue and didn't take whatever was in the backpack afterwards. So now it's still just Banished Cells that my achievemens tell me I both have and haven't completed...
