Ultimate Abilities --- not set up right

I see my Ultimate Ability points building up to 1000 and then when I use one it goes to ZERO ... even though the cost of using it is supposed to be 200 or 250.

When you get to upgrade an Ultimate Ability it often tells you that one of the choices costs less Ultimate Points to use.

What difference does that make because when you actually use it, it costs you every point you have. Having a thousand points built up is USELESS because it goes to zero every time you use one.

This seems to be a bug since they claim using an Ultimate Ability only costs 250 when in fact it takes away every point you have.

The programmers need to fix this so that you can use more than one Ultimate Ability or use it twice or whatever. Since it says it will cost 250 points to use --- there should be 750 points left available to use the Ability again or to change weapons and use your other Ultimate Ability.

The point cost in the Ultimate Ability description is absolutely FALSE. It does not cost 200 points it costs every point you have.
If I wanted a Signature I would have a Signature --- but i don't want one so I don't have one.

    It's designed this way so you can't use several ultimates at once. Do you really want people to be able to almost instantly cast five Banners, for example?

    Also, some ulimates scale with accumulated points. Death Stroke is very cheap, but its damage increases if you wait and spend more points.

    The difference is that you can cast it more often.

    They could fix it so that you couldn't cast the same one more than once. You would have to switch weapon / ability racks and then cast the second one, then, perhaps switch again and cast the first one again.

    Or have a cooldown so that you have to wait 15 seconds before casting an Ultimate again --- but you wouldn't have to start building points all over again because you would have your residual points available when the timeout expired. If you have accumulated the points they should be usable.

    They love timeouts on potions etc. etc. where you can't use it again before a certain time --- why not on Ultimate Abilities.

    It seems < crazy > to me to have the counter go up to a thousand points or more and you can only use the first two or three hundred points ( at least at my low level that is all they cost ). Why even bother having the counter to keep track because it is a " one and done "situation.

    Very poorly thought out, in my opinion.
