Updating Credit Card Information Is Hidden

Spent about an hour trying to figure out how in the hell to update credit card information. This option should be made available soon as you go into "manage subscription" but it is not and is VERY confusing on how to get to that part! I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

The confusing way its done is go to "manage subscription" "change your recurring subscription" and then just click the "continue" button to progress through the account information until you get to the part where you actually enter your card information.

Zenimax, please fix this issue ASAP so that changing card info. is much more clearer. As is now it is hidden.

    Thank God I did a search to find this issue, almost ripping my hair out out of aggravation while trying to find this option!

    LOL, I'm glad this helped out. Was severely aggravating for me as well.

    I just don't understand why it can't be it's own category instead of making us "charge" $0 to change it...very confusing setup.

He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    4 years on and this basic billing update issue is still no clearer!

    Arwen Basilrond - female Wood Elf Nightblade Aldmeri Dominion (this character is smoken', but she's been advised to quite due to 'elf reasons!)

    Sir Basil Ozarian - male Imperial Dragonknight Daggerfall Covenant (this character is titled, but not entitled!)
