Random Lagg attacks

Hi Everyone,
From yesterday i have been experiencing random lagg attacks whilst playing ESO. After half an hour or so of playing, i randomly get this massive lagg which doesn't go away. I thought "maybe it was my internet" but my internet has been working perfectly, and it is just the game. Due to this lagg, i exit the game and restart my laptop however, after 15 minutes of playing, the lagg comes again.
I am not sure if this is happening to others or just myself.
I use a Mac and from Aus.
