Cannot enter Account Info on PTS login

So I start the PTS up get to the login screen, try to type my password in and nothing. I left click in the password box and type again, still nothing. Alt Tab out back in, same, restart computer and PTS still same result. From what I can tell it won't recognize my keyboard and mouse are active within the PTS. Meaning if I try to click anything in this screen, I am actually clicking on my desktop. I started other apps while trying to click the quit on the PTS login page. And there is no repair option for the PTS on my launcher.
