As of this morning since about 10:30am CET (4:30am EST) 8/23/14 there is bad server-side lag going on with the NA server. Near impossible to quest or do much of anything.
When asking around on multiple characters and factions discovered it to be server wide.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Yeah I have been logging out constantly due to the lag. Everything seems to be running around 15 seconds behind and then after a while you get the nasty rollbacks and have to do it all over again. I tested this a few times this morning and it would take 15 seconds for my first animation of a hit on an enemy to actually show on my screen. Tested routes and my routes are fine, 30ms which is normal.1
