You get a quest to get certificated to provide provisioning for cyrodil, but the first recpie you have to make is roast pork, Which you have to pick up from a chest.
Unfortunatly the chest is not working, you get the e to interact, but the chest won't open. All you do is stand there a moment and nothing happens, the e because usable again, but you don't get the recipe.
So the provicioning certification is broken right now, all the other seem to work.
