Dual Wield Skills not Increasing - Solved

Soul Shriven
I am playing a Dual Wield character and am level 9. Although the main Dual Wield skill is increasing normally, the Blood Craze and Blinding Flurry skills are stuck at level 1. Neither of these have been morphed. I am using 2 weapons.
Is this a known error and what can I do about it. Help will be appreciated.

dijksmanmickeyb16_ESOSoul ShrivenI am having the same issue with my Dragon Knight. The Ardent Flame skill line itself is at level 20 but Empowering Chains and Unstable Flame are both stuck at level 1.0 -

(Do it now before you are forced to endgame)
(I am currently in the process of painfully leveling a destruction staff at v10)Waiting, and watching, for the return of Melee Weapons.
