Let it take the 1€, it will be refunded (probably immediately after success) , then when it needs to take your sub money it will do so once your sub runs out.

And if you want Paypal to take the money from a specific card, log on to Paypal and then set the card in the recurring payments section of your profile

I have tried everything. I have set it up the card to a specific payment but there isn't a mode that I can put my card as primary only as secondary mode. How to do this, how to make my card as primary source not as secondary one?

You can't - paypal uses "Paypal Balance" as the first for all recurring payments & if this is less than the amount needed it goes to the secondary,
    - or if you have not set a secondary up, it uses your Primary payment method, which is usually a direct debit on a bank account.
