red boxes on the ground with text missing on it?

whats up with those boxes? found them outside a Cave entrance for a quest outside vulkwasten.

I remember getting them on a few occasions, but after restarting the game, it seemed to fix it for me. (I found mine in the Daggerfall Fighters Guild.)

If not, I would recommend waiting for an upcoming patch to see if that fixes it, or repair the game through the launcher if it is becoming an obstacle to you and your experience.
