Bonesnap Ruins bugged?

One of the quests inside Bonesnap ruins is to rescue a number of soldiers within. Without giving too much away, each time I rescue one from the defending MOB, I get their thanks and then they immediately reset (to pre-rescue) and remain as a quest target; I don't seem able to complete this quest.
I am one of The Great Mediocracy, those whose role in life is to provide the baseline by which The Few deem themselves Great.

Bug reports don't get replies, which is explicitly stated when you submit one. But using /help and filing a ticket does get a response, in my experience very prompt ones (even if the help offered is of varying effectiveness depending on the issue). I'll file both unless it's a predicament that is probably isolated to my account rather than a systemic thing.I've had this exact problem for 2 weeks now, I've submitted multiple bug reports in-game but heard absolutely nothing back.
I seem to recall having this issue also - specifically it was the NPC being held captive by the named winged twilight (Vix? something similar). After a grueling battle (this was before the vet mob nerf and when I was still training some new skills), to my chagrin it turned out the quest didn't advance. I remember messing up my next two attempts at the combat, having to return from the beginning of the ruins since I had run out of soul gems without knowing I was running low, and then after finally defeating her again, still did not advance the quest stage despite the npc dialogue suggesting I had. Good times. Eventually I just waited around until two other players apparently running the quest showed up, participated in defeating her, and that time it registered - not sure if that's a repeatable trick, but worth a shot.
Edited to add: I also just remembered that one of my failed attempts was due to inadvertently knocking the winged twilight into the wall, where she bugged out and I had to start over and may have contributed to the quest problem. It's a very tight space for the battle, especially since venturing too far out from that corner risks aggroing respawned mobs which are numerous and nearby, but try not to use abilities that will knock her back and bug her out similarly. DevilcrySoul ShrivenSame problem i can't rescue the soldier. Only 1 of 3 soldier complete me the quest point...
I try to kill VIX about 20 times (the mob that spawn after speak with the NPC) but I can not finish the mission..
Anyone the same problem or solutions??0 -
TheAmu✭✭✭Yep it's still bugged. And apparently it's been bugged in this way since June, according to another post on these forums when I did a search.
For bleep sake. That's way too long for a quest to be bugged. Especially if people having been filing bug reports about it.
