Launcher Will Not Open

The past few weeks when i try to open the Launcher it opens minimized the i get the null pointer error. I have done everything i read on the forums, also allow it through Firewall, restart, run through the game folder. It will work right after i do these things but the next day it is broken again. Please fix this!

Ezmaralda✭✭Another thing, it was set to start on boot minimized. But the tray icon wasn't showing, and the game didn't show in Task Manager. So i changed it to start not minimized. Hopefully this will work.0
