Unusual camera issue!

For some reason the camera distance from my character has been increased dramatically whenever I enter a menu like inventory, ESC, map, etc.

I wanted to report this as a bug but I am unsure as to what actually caused it which the bug description should specify, anyone experienced this or know what has happened?

    In order to investigate why your character is feeling a little camera shy, can you provide us with the following information, @JollySkyrim?

    Are you running Add-Ons ? If so, which ones are you running?

    Is the issue only on the inventory screen or others? Character sheet, skill sheet, guild sheet, etc

    Is this occurring from the moment you log in and begin to play or after playing for a while?

    @ZOS_AlvinM‌

    No use of add-on's.

    It seemed to be on all screens such as character, skill and guild.

    Happened after playing a while.

    (Like I said earlier, I cannot quite recall how I got the issue and it only started to bother me when I couldn't find a workaround without a restart, so here is what I can mostly recall.)

    NOTE: It did seem to start during the "Feathered Fiends" quest in Kozanset after heading up to the balcony of Kabrahla's House for the final stage of the quest. It happened when I went up there and moved the camera with the swerve of my mouse as usual, where I then opened my inventory and the issue started. Unfortunately I cannot recall if I initiated dialogue with Leja at-Lahiel before or after the issue started.

    The issue was fixed when I restarted the game.
