I would love to see a button that would direct me to the social moderator green post on a discussion.

The button would simply redirect you to the intervention of the social moderator.

This would help a lot, I hate sorting through the numerous pages to find what the social moderator as to say on the issue at hand.

We actually have something similar to this already, although it is for developer posts in general, not moderation specifically.

When looking at the list of threads in a forum, you may see a small green ouroboros next to some of them. If you hover your mouse over this icon, it will tell you how many staff posts have been made in the thread, and clicking it will bring you to the first.

Additionally, all staff posts have a green "Staff" icon near our name. Hover your mouse over that and buttons appear to jump to the next/last staff post in the thread. This way you can quickly see all ZOS posts we've made in a thread.

Have you tried clicking on the mod indicator icon? It should take you straight to the first mod post in the thread.

Thank you for the quick reply, but the button you are referring to only shows before you are in the discussion itself.

    This leads to 2 scenarios.

Either you know where the discussion is in the forum (using the back option is not ideal, keeping in mind that the pages update)
    or
Going for the Staff/Social Moderator post before entering the discussion.

I say this, cause I find myself reading discussions and having them go on for ever, and wanting an insight usually leads me to search for staff posts since your point of view usually gives ZOS point of view, instead of community point of view
(sometimes they are the some, some times they aren't)

Thank you so much @ZOS_AlanG! I did not know that this feature existed and I've been thinking of this exact same thing lately.

As part of the greater forum overhaul coming this autumn we're hoping to make this feature more accessible when reading a thread.

(And if we're really lucky, adding a post to the developer tracker won't occasionally leave an "edited by" mark on the thread OP.)

@ZOS_AlanG‌ Thank you for the insight, going directly to your posts will be great specially after entering and understanding the discussion itself will be awesome if you guys will add it.

    Keep up the good work!

It'd be really useful if moderation didn't pop up the green icon, it makes people think that ZoS is actually commenting on an issue to only find a moderator slapping people on the wrist instead of a representative actually addressing the problem.

If you follow his directions, you don't have to read through other pages. Clicking on the green logo jumps straight to the first moderator/developer post.
