Payment Failed Continuous

I have more than enough money on my card and have changed my subscription management after the email of the failed payment came It just wont get through and I have changed my subscription management but it keeps coming with this message on my account " Your game time has expired and your saved payment information could not be processed." I have no idea what to do. Please help.

    Do you have Paypal?

    I would try that, I currently have no issues paying through paypal, but others do.

    If no Paypal, I would recommend going to a Brick and mortar store and picking up a game time card until ZoS gets their billing correct.

    Have you created a ticket or better yet, have you called them? For billing issues I really recommend calling them. They are 24 by 7 with toll free numbers. Here is their list of numbers:

    Your not the only one with paypal issues (incident# 140815-000595)... The response i got was, use a 'time card' not helpful if you in an outer metropolitan area in a country that doesn't stock them in the first place, and contact paypal and the bank.

    Paypal advised "The seller cancelled this payment, and the money has been returned to your account". The bank advised "We pass the money to paypal in escrow who pass it onto the seller".

    After passing this info onto Zenimax billing I recieved: "We deeply appreciate the information provided. It should be very useful to investigate this issue more in depth.

    I will be forwarding this to a team of specialists who should be able to pin-point the underlying issue and provide you with a solution (or solve it themselves). We promise to contact you as soon as we have an update.

    Thank you once again for your patience and understanding while we are working to resolve this situation".

    Hopefully I get some more info soon :smile:
