Request for additions to mail

As a guildleader I'm finding it difficult to reach out to my entire guild due to varying online times, both by me and by my members. Since the message of the day has limited space, I require a different way to contact and inform all my members.
A perfect solution to this would be a guildmail. Simply put, an option to mail every member in the guild.

Now, I've seen a few posts about this in the forums, but none got any response from ZOS, nor a lot of backup from the community. I'm hoping this post will attract the attention of both.

I see two solutions to this problem: either enable guildmail for everyone, or enable guildmail for certain ranks (as a checkbox in the Guildrank screen).
With guilds of up to 500 members, it's likely that enabling guildmail for everyone isn't desirable. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of spam coming in everyday from the Tradeguilds I'm in from ppl trying to sell their "exclusive warez". At the cheapest price possible, ofcourse.
When you enable the guildmail for certain ranks (via checkbox), Guildleaders will be able to manage who can send a guildmail and who can't. Tradeguilds who give everyone the option to mail, will soon see an avalanche of mail which will make players leave the guild. So it's in the best interest of the Guildleader to manage who can and cannot send a guildmail.
You could even create it so a rank can only mail those of similar and/or lower rank. So if you have N00b> Member > Officer > Guildleader the N00b wouldn't be able to mail (or only guildmail to all other N00bs) while an Officer could guildmail N00bs, Members and Officers. The Guildmaster would have to have an "all ranks mail" so every guildmail sent out would be sent to him/her as well.

Whenever you receive a guildmail, it should also be easily noticable what Guild that mail came from.

Add in that dearly missed Reply button and we're all set with yet another feature in TESO!

I like that idea. A lot of guilds either don't have websites, or most members don't visit them. An in-game guild mailing system would be an easy way to communicate about upcoming events or other important info.
