i have had allways problems on my PC when running ESO in crowded situations like pvp sieges the reason is the usage of my CPU by the ESO engine. if i do not deny the usage of the CPU 0 it is the only core used by ESO.
e.g.
the problem on my side in other games when one core is used to its fullest it starts outsourcing to the other cores, ESO somehow does not leading to horrible stuttering gameplay.
when i use the taskamanager to deny the first core to ESO the game miracly is spread over the 3 remaining cores playing much more fluently.
(the drop in core0 usage indicates its denial to ESO)
as i´m from lazy town
is it possible to automatically "disable" cpu0 when ever i start ESO without having to open the taskmanager and do it manually?

Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!"
