Dyes not unlocked?

I have VR1 toon with some unlocked dyes, but when I go to my lvl 20 alt, those dyes don't show up :?

✭✭The dyes are unlocked per character, just because someone has a VR12 character with a dye unlocked doesn't mean it's unlocked for all their characters.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

yes it does. When a dye is unlocked, it will be available for all characters on your account.1
