It is a known bug. It's also stopping drops of rawhide etc. from mobs that are low enough in level compared to you that they don't give you xp.Is fairly sure critters stopping dropping their bait loot is a known bug. The worst hit by this is guts thought since not even a skeever mob drops guts.
Worms and Crawlers you can at least go on a zombie harvesting run to get. Insect parts are largely unaffected since you get them from insects themselves.

✭Guts can still be farmed. Make a lvl 3 alt (don't level it past 5) and go to areas with lots of critters. My favorite is Eastmarch with squirrels and rabbits. Can farm up to 1k guts in about a couple of hours.0
