Ultimates stamina scaling bug
My main character is Templar tank and after patch 1.3.x i was extremely happy that ultimates are going to scale from weapon damage and stamina .
Problem is that at least in my case 2 out of 3 ultimates arent scaling this way .
After some testing with changing stamina and magicka rings i found that Radial sweep morph Empowering Sweep and Rite of Passage morph Practiced Incantations are not scaling from stamina at all .
While every time i changed to stamina ring i observed damge up on my Nova ultimate , other two lost damage and vice versa .
My scaling should be from stamina because my Weapon damage is much higher than spell power and Nova ultimate scaling correctly .
I heard that some ultimates after patch got extremely powerfull because they are bugged and scale from both stamina and magicka , but it looks like others on the other hand got shorter end of stick and doesnt scaling from stamina at all .
Can some Templar confirm this ? Or maybe other classes have same experience with Ultimates ?
