Constant disconnects

Hi, I have decided to try ESO and bought the game, downloaded EU client with no problems, got into the game and after that, during tutorial I am getting disconnected all the time, does not matter what I do, within one minute I get disconnect. I can login again, but same thing happen everytime.

I would like to say, that I have played beta and I did not have any problem at all. I have not changed my PC or any parts except monitor, which should not make any difference.

I do not have any addons, I have tried to turn off all the programs, even Anti-Virus to make sure its not some application running in background. I have tried to repair my client 3 times, but everytime it seemed ok.

Also, I have checked my internet during playing, and it is stable with no packet loss. I do not have or ever had such an issue in any other game or MMORPG.

I have included report file done by game consulant.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is your internet provider Virgin Media. I am still getting disconnected now and again but reading on VM forums some customers are complaining of lag spikes and internet going down. A similar problem happened with WoW when they added PS3 to the same sub server that Virgin media used.
