Account Cancellation - Still No Survey

I am under the impression that there is supposed to be a survey when you cancel your account, but I have never received one. I believe this is vital information that you are missing out on from everyone who does not receive the survey.

In any case, since you can still post your sub. hasn't expired, they don't send this rubbish out till it does, it isn't sent when you cancel.0
