No longer able to login

I have been trying to login since about 3:30est, account is paid computer is clean, sent three emails their trying to help but I am getting frustrated
here is what is happening my computer is set as home with my user id saved my password is a hard one to decipher( I know it can be done)
anyway I get a account not found message I emailed support they told me to reset my password well I would but their account page doesn't recognize my account either
so it seems I haven't got an account but I have been with them since early release
anyone else have this or something along those lines

Kulder✭✭Still nothing have gotten more emails but each one is from a different person
guess I could go play Ultima Online or WOW as I can login to them0 -

Kulder✭✭Well thought I was gonna play for awhile just got booted with a sign saying someone else has logged into this account, submitted a ticket hopefully it wont take very long as ,can't login as they changed the password on me0
