Cannot log either character into Reapers March

For the past half hour I have been unable to load either of my two characters who are in the main town in Reapers March.
My third character in the starting city however DOES load.
I am continually gettting time outs.
Help please.

Pangnirtung✭✭✭✭✭When I was there it was extremely crowded. More crowded than I remember seeing before. Maybe that is part of the problem like in Cyrodiil?0
