eso 1.3 error 102 unable to load metafile

Hi,

So it downloaded the new patch, about 3GB, then through that error.
Had only a repair option, repaired in which it downloaded some smaller data, then through the same error again.
Restarted the launcher and its now downloading the 3gb patch again.

I remember doing this with 30GB in beta when switched to EU - hope this isnt happening again. (ive been on EU for ages now - reinstalled since beta.)

Any ideas what to do? any logs I can check ?
Running x64 Win 7 with Nvidia 770
Seems error 102 means something else in other forum posts..
Anyone else get this ?

I had this - it resolved itself after about 15 minutes. It then patched and seemed to be downloading the whole game, so I closed the launcher and re-opened it as per some advice I'd seen.

The game has now patched but it's crashed twice when running the launcher with a fatal error. I haven't even reached the log-in screen.

For what it's worth, I never had problems previously so this is a little worrying.

Well, its downloading fast which is nice but ... worrying too..

So, after 2nd 3GB patch I may see the 30GB Download (or just patch?)? sigh...

appx 1.2GB left... so will see what happens.

So.. on second attempt at the 3GB patch - it worked fine.
I never killed it or anything, just let it do wanted it wanted.
The patcher is ropy.. but im in game now.

Yesterday my launcher said the patch was 26GB. It downloaded the patch and then when it's just about done it resets to needing to )% ad the download continues...... I am still downloading 24 hours later as of now there is 5.3 GB to download before it is done or resets to 0%.......
