so umm....how do i uninstall ESO?

i tried using the option in control panel....says "win64 not supported"

i went to the zenimax folder in the C:\ drive.....click on the uninstall file in the uninstall folder....

i get "win64 not supported"

wtf? lol

zenimax let me go please, how do i uninstall this properly?

btw: using windows 8.1

First, you need to uninstall the game before you uninstall the launcher, otherwise even when you manage to get rid of it in Uninstall Programs the entire game tree will still be there.

To do that, click the small cog-wheel icon on the same line in the Launcher as the game name .. NOT the larger cog-wheel top right of the window .. then select Uninstall from the menu which also includes the Repair option.

As for your 'not supported' option, that's totally bizarre I agree.

okay, i thought i was uninstalling the game by going into the game's folder, and using the uninstall eso.exe

but i guess that's wrong? lol

what am i supposed to do then

Did you install on Windows 7 and then upgrade to Windows 8?

I've just run into the same problem and found a solution.
So I leave it here just in case someone stuck in it in the future.

You just have to download client installer and install launcher again over existing installation. Then uninstall it via Control Panel.

Did you give your stuff to Alucardo first? If not, uninstalling the game won't be an option
