New IP address codes not working

I just recently installed ESO on my new computer, and am having some trouble logging in in game. It asks me to input the code that is sent to my email, but when I do, it still says it is incorrect. Anybody know whats up/how to fix this?
EDIT: I fixed the issue, my keyboard was placing in an extra space in the type-in bar for the code.
