Constantly getting stuck after patch

I didn't screenshot them all, but here are some examples. All the way from level 3 to 49, I don't think I've gotten stuck. Perhaps once. Now it's happened multiple times today alone.
Here is one case where I backed up into a coffin and had a mob attacking me. I had to AOE until it died, but still couldn't move.
Here's using shield assault and it glitches where I just run in place. Had to relog to clear this one.
