Disconnecting from Cyrodiil, and Trials

I am having a issue were I would be in a trail, or Cyrodiil. I would be in the group, and for some reason all the people in the group would stop moving, and 3 minutes later I would DC out of the game. This has been happening a lot now, and I am wondering why.
