"Hi ******,
We noticed that you participated in the beta for The Elder Scrolls Online, but you never joined us in Tamriel after launch. To help us understand more about your experience with the game, we'd love it if you would fill out this short survey. Your answers will help us as we continue to support and expand the game.
Thanks for taking the time to complete the survey. Elder Scrolls Online is already growing, and your feedback will guide us in the future. We hope to see you in-game someday soon!

Considering I received this but when I go to the link I can't reply I figured I would respond here. My opinions that I gave during the beta for the most part still stand along with one new one that I see based on a interview with PCG(I think it was). Reason I am posting this is that I hope the game can make some changes to make it worth paying for and playing.
My main issues with the game are as follows:
-Inability to easily play with others and quest. (from the article on PCG I see that this is being fixed.)
-Mega Server technology causing serious issues with quests functioning, and many other aspects of the game. (Do I think this will be eventually ironed out. Yes I do but it will be a long hard battle as any game that has gone this route has had similar issues)
- Lack of skill slots with many awesome skills to choose from. (The skills are great but you lack in skill slots so much so that it takes what should be a good system and limits you based on simple I need this and this and this oh look I have 1 free slot to put in something cool. I tried to made a tank type char, agro builder, aoe agro builder, pull ability, defense CD, oh look one slot left I will take a DoT to add a bit more damage and agro on the ones I am not focusing on. I don't want just a standard repeat your rotation game like WoW, but Limited Action bar Systems only work well with other things to boost the complexity of combat, and I don't find the Light attack, Heavy attack, and Block system to do that. Wildstar and their varying templates based on attack plus the mostly unique systems of resource management based on class does. The Secret World LAS system does work as well in a organized party(though soloing is terrible) with the number of skills that have bonuses based on certain status conditions that can be placed by other chars.)
-Combat system lacked a feeling of weight I could power attack and it barely felt like I hit the mob. Same thing when was hit.
-Open world dungeons and the effect on main story quests. In beta I killed maybe 5 mobs in the second dungeon cause it had all been cleared out by other players making it feel like I was just traversing halls. The boss was tuned to be very difficult for just 1 person even when I was the only person around, yet add 1 more person and he was a push over. This gave the whole experience of the open world dungeons being scaled horribly based on the number of people in them, and near each other at boss fights.
-Upcoming feature of players being able to kill NPC's (I will only speak on previous experience this will be a simply annoying feature that trolls and PK's will use to be as nasty and vicious to everybody not of their faction as possible. There by creating an unwelcome environment for new players or people playing casually.) My suggestion is to have this feature turned on, only on certain servers that are marked as such(can even us this mark for other things like full OWPvP etc), and allow free char transfers to those realms when they open.
I realize I will take some flack for this, but I feel the TES series deserves an honest opinion on why I am not playing ESO when I have loved the other TES games since Daggerfall.
