Screen freezes

Since the server transfer, some people have experienced some screen freezes.
It happened today, in Craglorn to my group and in Cyrodiil to me and some people.
The screen freezed and you couldn't do anything, but after some time (not very much, around 5 secs for me) it fixed itself. It doesn't happen when FPS is low, since when it happened in Craglorn I wasn't even fighting.
Could you look if you messed something in the data transfer ZOS? Nothing like this happened to me before and I didn't change anything on my computer or stuff like that. And I'm pretty sure the other people that had this problem didn't either.
