Login for an unknown IP... and no code. AGAIN?

I thought that it was a resolved issue but today here we are again, logging in from a different network with my notebook, unknown IP adress, supposed to receive an email that never arrives... How irritating is this? It's 20 minutes and I did receive no code, that's a shame!

    After server migration: Got the unknown IP message and got the mail. BUT the sent code was not accepted!
    (I will try to get another mail in 10mins and hope that code is working!)

    Hey there, @zappamdb16_ESO. If you're still not receiving an email with a one-time password to verify your account, please be sure to contact our Support Team so they can help get you into the game as quickly as possible.

    Just to confirm, @deusAZMODAN‌, do you write the code out in all caps? Sometimes copying and pasting can include extra spaces that will give you an error. Let us know if your second attempt with the new code was successful.

    I have same problem as "zappamdb16_ESO".

    After servermerge my computer isn't authorized to login, and I do not get any email with an access code in.

    I have put in a ticket to the Support Team, so hope they will fix it soon.

    Check your spam/junk folder, both in your email client and (if there is one) at your ISP's webmail end.

    Same problem as the OP, yet contacted customer support... I just bought the game today... nice start.
