Guild ranks and permissions with v1.3.0

Does anyone have any more detailed info on the ranks and what notable new permissions v1.3.0 will bring to guilds?
I'd really like a screenshot or something to see what permissions are going to be added as the patch notes were vague on the topic (if legal
I'm not aware of the PTS policy on screenshots).
I would test v1.3.0 in the PTS myself but I simply just don't have the time. If any helpful PTS testers could chime in it would be much appreciated since I've already done an exhaustive search of the forums and can find nothing.

Screenshots, vids, etc... are OK to take when on PTS. I'll check into this for you when I get home from work today and see if it's easy enough to post up some screenshots.
