Launcher wont load

Okay so after a month or two break from the game, I decided to come back. Since playing I have done a full system restore on my computer and now for some reason the launcher won't open. I have tried pretty much every step I can find such as, disabling internet firewalls, disabling LAN connection check boxes, running as admin, running in comparability mode, reboot, re-install and making sure all my graphics cards are up to date. I cant seem to get the launcher to open, it says it's running under task manager but I cant see. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

We believe this may be due to a malware, spyware, or virus issue. To check your computer for malware, please follow the instructions on the Microsoft support website: http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx
In addition, it might be helpful to reboot the computer in safe mode and then search for malware. To boot in safe mode, please follow these instructions: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-vista
When you get to the step "Advanced startup options", please select "Safe Mode with Networking", to allow internet access even when in safe mode.
