Nightblade skill Shadowy Disguise not providing Spell Critical at level 4.

The Nightblade skill Shadowy Disguise (morph of Shadow Cloak) is supposed to provide 100% Weapon Critical and 100% Spell Critical at skill level 4.
The skill correctly provides 100% Weapon Critical at level 4, but does not provide the 100% Spell Critical.
The skill does correctly provide the appropriate values for both Weapon Critical and Spell Critical at levels 1-3; the Spell Critical bonus appears to only be missing when the skill is at level 4.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_GinaBruno or anyone else, would you please be able to pass this along to the appropriate people in order to have this skill fixed?
