Public dungeons - achievements still missing

Hi there. I hoped this will be finally fixed, but since (I think) 1.2 I'm missing 4 achievements I had before:
Obsidian Scar Conqueror and Vanquisher
Village of the Lost Conqueror and Vanquisher
Is it just me or bugged for all? I didn't mess anything, they were available before right (not added in 1.2)?
